Taxes accrue elsewhere. We are specialized in tax law related to real estate property. The obligations and rights that arise are:

    • For the property itself. The Land Tax (IBI) or other taxes or fees. These produce issues such as the updating of values, cadastral correction, complementary declarations by reason of improvements or alterations etc.
    • For the owner of a property. Fictitious or real income and its declarations. This is the case of the income tax of non-residents.
    • For the purchase of a property or action on the property: for example the transfer tax on a purchase or that of legal acts in an award in payment for extinction of condominium.
    • For the sale of a property: the tax on the increase in the value of Municipal Gain Tax (PLUSVALÍA), or the tax on the increase in equity.
    • In the formal sphere, for the declarations of all of them. In particularly, the Resident/ Non Resident Tax (IRNR) annual statement and the tax representation of non-residents.


Our firm rejects any matter whose purpose is the use of any legal instrument as a fiscal purpose. That is, the taxes will always be a consequence of the property, but the property shall never be the instrument to avoid a taxation. Our office is subject to a rigorous control of money laundering prevention, so operations must always be transparent and fiscally justified according to Spanish and international standards.
